How can I shop from your store?

Orders are fulfilled within 1 to 3 business days. We’ll notify you via email with a tracking link once your order ships.
Can I track the shipment?

How is the shipping cost calculated?
Shipping fees depend on the delivery address and origin of the items. These charges will appear at checkout after you enter your details.
Will all items come in one shipment?

Do you accept returns?
Yes, free returns are accepted. Full refunds are available for items returned within 30 days. For returns up to 180 days, store credit is provided. We typically process refunds within 10 business days after return receipt.
Am I required to return free gifts?
Yes—if you no longer qualify for the promo after returning items. If not returned, the gift’s value will be subtracted from your refund or invoiced.
Can I cancel or edit my order once placed?
Sadly, changes or cancellations aren’t allowed after placing an order. Items can still be returned later.
